Position Description:

LBMX is looking for a Junior Implementation Specialist to manage Suppliers, Groups and Members, and their respective products, that utilize the LBMX Product Information Management (PIM) and our B2B eCommerce solution.  The LBMX PIM and the B2B eCommerce solution is available to Buying Groups, Members and Suppliers.  The LBMX PIM is used to import, manage, enrich, and publish product data to ERP systems as well as eCommerce sites.  The B2B eCommerce solution allows suppliers to make their products available to Buying Groups and Members so they can purchase goods via this module.

The Junior Implementation Specialist will work closely with Customers to understand their technical needs and accurately configure the product to meet those needs. This is a collaborative role and will require aligning with several departments on each project.  The Junior Implementation Specialist will work closely with product development and have influence on the product direction based off user feedback and overall improvements to the application.
The implementation component of the role will include defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, producing project plans, and playbooks. The Junior Implementation Specialist will continue to interact with Suppliers who choose to use the LBMX PIM or B2B Catalogue offering and provide service and assistance where needed.
The Junior Implementation Specialist will be responsible for training new customers through the implementation process, preparing and delivering technical presentations and explaining products and services to existing/prospective customers.
The successful candidate must possess superior verbal and written communication skills and be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will also have strong people and organizational skills, be comfortable as an effective member of a productive team and can manage a full-on work environment by managing the expectations of our customers and matching those to our internal resources.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Become a subject matter expert on LBMX Product Information Management (PIM) and our B2B eCommerce solution and provide technical expertise to customers
  • Act as the technical spokesperson for all the technical aspects of the LBMX PIM and B2B Catalogue
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the implementation phase of the project
  • Work closely with Supplier partners to obtain and import the necessary product data and assets
    • In addition, help control the flow of data to approved accounts to receive the supplier product data and assets
  • Assess individual client needs to customize the project to fit their unique objective
  • Ensure all customer requirements are fully understood and documented
  • Develop detailed project plan to track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Set up system configuration in a way that ensures maximum customer success
  • Conduct training sessions/demonstrations via online webinars or in-person, when possible
  • Manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously from start to finish
  • Investigate and/or escalate customers’ technical issues and ensure its resolution
  • Work closely with Sales and Support to ensure a seamless handoff and to set reasonable expectations and timelines in regards to project implementation
  • Work with the Product team to provide customer feedback, helping to continuously provide relevant and high-impact products for clients
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation  
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Need to Have
  • 2+ years customer facing experience (support, account management, project management or sales)
  • Ability to explain products, features and functionality with technical accuracy and simplicity
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong level of ownership, autonomy and drive
  • Comfortable with calling and speaking with clients
  • Post- Secondary Education (college or university)

Nice to Have
  • Experience in a SaaS organization
  • Project Implementation experience
