We are looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst.
The IT BSA is a project role that will focus on creating functional requirements, detailed specifications and data validation support associated with Adobe Experience Manager sites & applications, Salesforce, business intelligence/analytics and associated technologies.
This role will lead analysis & approach associated with the source to target data requirements, specifications and testing support for projects associated with building Adobe Experience Manager sites & applications, Vue based SPA applications, Salesforce and intelligence/analytics projects. She/he will work with a team responsible for overall execution and delivery of data in a common data repository.
What you will do:
- Create high-level requirements, complete reviews/updates and distribute for formal approvals
- Create detailed specifications for development work, which will include work items like source to target data mapping/transformations, high-level models, BI/Analytics needs and use cases
- Create data validation scenarios/conditions associated with detailed specifications
- Work with data developers and test specialist to support software installation/configuration, ETL development, BI/Analytics development and associated test validations
- Maintaining detailed specifications (updating) and Maintenance Support documentation as needed
- Participate in project deliverables as required (such as project planning/estimation, architecture reviews, test execution tracking and maintenance documents
What you will bring:
- Prior Salesforce/CRM experience.
- Prior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience
- Strong knowledge/experience gathering requirements from business teams in an Agile Environment/Lab and develop requirements/specifications for CRM applications
- Data Modeling skills to support detailed specifications development for data integrations and BI/Analytics
- Solid understanding of online and data warehouse solutions
- Willingness to travel between London and Toronto offices as necessary.
- Ability to work independently.
- Analytical problem solver. Looks beyond the obvious to seek out innovative solutions to problems. Helps to identify and communicate potential problems that others may not be aware of.
- Highly collaborative team member
- Strong communication skills. Both written and verbal (will be working with D&A team and business SMEs directly).
- Takes initiative; self-motivated and interested. Follows through to end of job, even when unexpected challenges occur.
- Ability to work in an agile environment. Mode to execution focus is a must.

The base salary for this position is between $52,800 - $97,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
