We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be reporting to the Director, Advisor Engagement and will support the team by developing and maintaining in app training for the advisor and operations’ audience.
The Senior Business Analyst role requires a process-driven individual who uses their experience and industry knowledge to drive content and strategy to enhance system usability.
The expectations are for the Senior Business Analyst to have the technical experience to develop & implement WalkMe use cases for our mutual fund dealers.
What you will do
- Responsible for content development and administration of in-app learning to decrease processing issues and increase usability of Wealth system platforms.
- Analyze areas of opportunity to enhance usability of systems.
- Drive user adoption of the in-app learning tool and contribute to strategic direction of the system.
- Reporting usage data and adjoining KPIs
- Main point of contact and relationship manager between Quadrus and the vendor
- Work with vendor to create Customer Success Plan based on Quadrus Road map.
- Provide clear and effective communication with technical and business partners.
- Work closely with Vendor, Operations, Business Process, Learning and Development and Compliance as required.
- Maintain appropriate team documentation, including procedural guides and job aids.

- Problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to coordinate tasks effectively within timeline and resources.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or technology-related field.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Previous experience with the WalkMe platform or other similar user guidance and onboarding tools is a plus.
- Prior experience working with mutual and segregated funds, and investment products is an asset.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve user experience, content development, reporting, analytics, or operational efficiency is considered an asset.
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.
- Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London or Toronto.
The base salary for this position is between $62,800 - $104,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
