About the Role
The Account Manager must be able to demonstrate a high level of skill in identifying and closing top decision-makers within mid-large companies, preferably with multiple office locations. A proven track record in prospecting—via networking and participation in various industry groups is a major plus. Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to see projects through from planning to completion, be entrepreneurial-minded, and be a ‘strategic thinker’ that is able to provide the best possible solutions for clients.
We are looking for a sales professional with a “hunter” mentality, who thrives on closing new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business while applying full-cycle methodologies and tools from prospecting to closed won business.
- Manage and grow existing accounts using exceptional sales and relationship building skills.
- Ability to dig deep and uncover the goals of an organization and fully explain how Voices can play a vital part in achieving them.
- Responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of quality solution focused client presentations to targets ranging from Individual contributor to C-Suite.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Find, negotiate and close complex enterprise agreements.
Skills Required
- At least 3-5 years in enterprise sales
- Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
- Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information, and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to customer needs
- Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions and readily apply new knowledge required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
- Salesforce Customer Relationship Management experience is considered an asset.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years on-the-job experience in an individual contributor in a sales position with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Completion of college diploma or university degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience communicating through video conferencing software like GMeet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Salesforce or CRM experience an asset.
- Valid passport for market travel opportunities considered an asset.

Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per quarter for US employees on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
