Data Processing Specialist

We have an immediate opening for a Data Processing Specialist to join our growing team at Cleanlist. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart and analytic individual who’s passionate about uncovering insights and creating value to help ensure our clients’ data is the very best it can be.

Responsibilities: 

Your objective will be to fulfill client orders with clean and accurate data and documentation. Key tasks you’ll be responsible for include: 

  • Load and convert client data for cleansing and analysis.
  • Utilize Cleanlist’s proprietary tools and techniques to clean, validate, and enrich data.
  • Select data from Cleanlist’s databases to fulfill client data acquisition orders.
  • Read and interpret order specifications.
  • QC and provide reports to summarize results.
  • Interact and consult with team members in DataOps, Account Management, and Sales to help further client objectives.
  • Utilize Cleanlist’s work-flow management system to report order status. 

Requirements: 

Candidates for this position require the following skills and capabilities:

  • Exceptional analytical thinking skills.
  • Hyper-focused on quality and alert to the small details.
  • An ability to work independently, without supervision. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write brief but insightful reports. 
  • Advanced PC operation skills and expert-level skills in using analytical software like MS Excel.
  • Experience developing SQL queries and knowledge of database fundamentals. 
  • Experienced in Python coding is helpful, but not required. 
  • Available to work a regular 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.  
  • Transportation to and from work at our Industrial Road facility. 

Experience Level: 

Candidates for this position do not require prior experience as a data processing specialist, however experience in a prior data analytics role is helpful.

This position requires on-site attendance at our facility on Industrial Road, London, Ontario.
