Successful candidate will serve as Senior Technical Lead - Test Data Management,  responsible for driving Test Data management enterprise strategic initiatives & tactical delivery oversight. The candidate will work closely with the application and testing teams. The individual must have good analytical and technical skills coupled with the ability to lead a team and mentor effectively.

 

What you will do:

  • Strong enterprise exp in test data management initiatives such as Data Masking, Gold Copy, Provisioning, Generation, Find & Reserve and Self-service
  • Hands on experience in test data requirement analysis and profiling
  • Experience in Data Control & Data Governance practices & processes
  • Strong experience in Test Data Automation – synthetic data generation, data conditioning
  • Hands-on experience in Test Data Management (TDM) tools such as CA TDM, Delphix Data Masking tool or any other similar tools
  • TDM toolset & assets Cloud migration (Azure, AWS, GCP) exp is nice-to-have
  • Experience in environment planning, orchestration, monitoring, test data Refresh
  • Working experience in tracking and measuring key KPIs related to Enterprise Test Data Management delivery maturity

 

What you will bring:

  • Solid knowledge of enterprise test data management strategies and processes
  • Experience working with industry standard test tools, processes, approaches, and techniques
  • Vast experience in leading Test Data Management strategic initiatives, planning, design, implementation and enablement
  • Experience in working with multiple business units to understand test data challenges, gaps, requirements and create a consistent approach across the enterprise
  • Deep technical expertise in any Test Data Management tool (Distributed & Mainframe systems) such as CA TDM, Delphix Data Masking tool and/or any relevant tools
  • Must have proven experience leading a medium to large team
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices
  • Strong organizational, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of the KPIs that are used to measure and track the test data maturity, risk, quality and efficiency
  • Skilled in estimating, planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting
  • Thought leadership, delivery ownership and negotiation skills to manage the enterprise test data initiatives
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
  • Ability to work in and foster a team environment

 

Required competencies:

Bachelor Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent degree required

Minimum 10+ years of demonstrated experience in IT environments

Minimum 7+ years of lead experience related to Test D

The base salary for this position is between  $74000 - $137000 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
