Job Description

Position Purpose

We’re looking for an Associate, Corporate Strategy to lead strategic initiatives, drive organizational transformation, and harness AI-driven insights to propel competitive advantage. This role demands a strategic thinker who can align cross-functional priorities, facilitate innovation, and deliver actionable intelligence to senior leadership to shape future growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy

  • Work with Corporate Strategy team & executive leadership to build and refine strategic priorities.
  • Design and implement a structured corporate strategy process, ensuring initiatives undertaken align with overarching company goals.
  • Support facilitation of ideation/planning workshops to challenge assumptions, foster innovation, and drive transformation in the performance and culture.

Transformation & Leadership Support

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives and provide problem-solving and de-bottlenecking support.
  • Drive planning & execution for operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Leverage technology and data-driven insights to drive innovation and optimize business performance.
  • Synthesize data into executive-ready presentations, communicating insights to senior stakeholders.

AI & Market Intelligence

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and drive innovation across both internal and customer facing functions.
  • Support competitor intelligence efforts, conduct research & market analysis, and identify emerging trends and white space in the industry.

 

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • ~2-3 years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, corporate development, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive change, support innovation, and think strategically.
