What You’ll Do

 

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving the performance of our account executives in London. As the leader of our London-based team, you will be expected to be in office a minimum of three days per week.

 

As the Sales Team Leader for our account executives in London you will:

 

  • Lead by example and actively promote a culture of openness and adaptability.
  • Foster an environment where continuous improvement is embraced, and team members feel motivated to evolve.
  • Pinpoint individual strengths and areas for growth and provide guidance to ensure each team member not only reaches but surpasses their set targets.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new account executives by leading training sessions, providing coaching, answering questions, and acting as a trusted source of information.
  • Develop and set clear processes for the team to follow, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Establish clear activity metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the team's performance, productivity, and overall progress.
  • Provide feedback to team members based on metric reviews, celebrating successes and addressing performance gaps constructively.

Requirements

About You

 

You are an experienced sales leader who:

 

  • Has 5 years or more of sales management experience (preferably B2B inside sales).
  • Has led sales teams catering to small and medium businesses (preferably selling SaaS solutions).
  • Is familiar with multi-channel sales teams employing methods of outreach including phone, e-mail, and virtual meetings, with a focus on product demonstrations.
  • Has a proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams. You can deliver results under pressure.
  • Possesses exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for inspiring others and driving results.
  • Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
