As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, including internal and external events, supplier engagement programs, and the development of marketing materials. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.
This is a flex hybrid work structure, where employees can work both remotely and on-site at our St. Thomas location.
Event Planning & Coordination
• Assist in organizing and executing corporate events such as Supplier Day, plant tours, and internal engagement activities.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor communications, and on-site support for events.
• Support post-event follow-ups, surveys, and reporting.
Marketing Collateral Development
• Contribute to the creation and design of brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Compile findings into actionable reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Digital & Internal Communications
• Support content creation for internal newsletters, social media, and website updates.
• Assist in maintaining marketing databases and contact lists.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with a 4 month co-op.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Interest in sustainability, clean energy, or manufacturing is an asset.
• Real-world experience in marketing within a high-growth, industrial setting.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and supplier engagement.
