- Act as the primary analysis lead, engaging senior business stakeholders, branch operations, architects, and delivery teams
- Translate strategic business objectives into clear, well-defined functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality artifacts including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user journeys, and data mappings
- Analyze current-state branch processes and technologies, identify gaps and risks, and define future-state solutions
- Provide analytical leadership during solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, risk, and compliance standards
- Support Agile and hybrid delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint execution, and dependency management
- Lead and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities, including defect triage and resolution
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Mentor and guide junior BSAs, contributing to analysis standards, best practices, and continuous improvement
- Communicate complex concepts, impacts, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with demonstrated experience leading complex technology initiatives
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation across large, multi-stakeholder programs
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and/or waterfall delivery environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, implementation, and post-production stabilization
- Undergraduate degree required; degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting branch or retail banking technology platforms
- Familiarity with teller systems, workflow tools, device integrations, or customer-facing applications
- Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environments
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar delivery and documentation tools
- Understanding of security, access management, audit, and risk controls in enterprise technology environments
