Who You Are
A successful?Executive Advisor?within the?Shared Services Executive Advisor Global Services?team is someone who gets excited to work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds (industries, company sizes, etc) where they can leverage their extensive IT management and leadership experience to make an impact.
- A former?or transitioning Mid-Level IT Manager/CIO / Technology leaders (Manufacturing/Utilities/Financial Services/Professional Services/ Healthcare/Transportation)
- Management and/or leadership experience in an IT capacity, Consulting, IT Supplier, Program/Project Management or other related capacity
- Accomplished, authentic and engaged leader with experience in growth, resource constrained, and/or transformational environments
- Able to facilitate / lead discussions on topic areas of security, vendor management, talent and workforce management, data and analytics, org design and op model and cost optimization
- In depth understanding of the IT industry and the CIO role while possessing?the ability to listen, probe, and challenge senior executives and leaders
- Assessing ambiguous situations and collaboratively working to solve client/stakeholder issues by?providing outcome-based options
- Adept at quickly building rapport and trust with customers leading to effective discovery to understand goals, challenges, and risks they are facing
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative in managing?their day to day efforts to enable value for assigned customers/members
- Technically sufficient and work with minimal direction
- Strong verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills
What is Your Impact:
- Leverage Info-Tech Research Group services and products to provide a plan for IT executives and leaders as they address their key objectives and challenges
- Provide review and high-level analysis of diagnostic results to customer/member including identifying key next steps
- Identification of opportunities for enabling valuable experiences for customer/members including communicating these as well as any concerns with Sales
- Leverage your subject matter expertise to develop synthesized answers to customers/members in response to inquiries
- Enabling customer/member engagement leading to valued outcomes
- Diagnose customer/member pain points and connect them with our Subject Matter Experts
- Contribute to continuing development of Advisory Services and ITRG Research through member interactions.
- Discover and document key initiatives for IT leaders and develop short plans for support.
