The Financial analyst is responsible for preparing the data for all analyses and processes for cost control at the factory and reporting to managers in an appropriate manner.
This is a flex hybrid work structure, where employees can work both remotely and on-site at our St. Thomas location.
Key Responsibilities
• In-depth analysis of existing business processes, identification of potential for optimization, and continuous implementation of improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration with various departments to develop holistic processes and strategies.
• Development and implementation of strategies for digitizing documents and workflows.
• Responsibility for the requirements of the SAP system with the aim of further expanding and optimizing it.
• Support with the implementation of automated solutions and supervision of projects until successful implementation.
• Supporting the change process through target group-oriented communication during analysis and implementation.
• Further development and implementation of new analysis tools (PowerBI).
What you bring to the Team
• Several years of experience in process analysis, optimization, and automation.
• In-depth knowledge of digital transformation processes and the implementation of workflow solutions.
• Strong, target group-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
• Understanding of the big picture of end-to-end processes and the ability to break down complex systems and processes into clear and actionable work packages.
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
