Key Job Elements:
- Member of ILS team within LVM Integrated Product Team (IPT) responsible to assist in execution/coordination of LVM supportability efforts
- Manage multiple aspects of LVM supportability, including logistics analysis, technical publications, training, initial provisioning, supply support, equipment fielding, in-service support, repair and overhaul, and major repair programs
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure designs and logistics product are developed in accordance with ILS requirements and Logistics SDRLs are delivered on time
- Liaise closely with the Program and Engineering groups to update internal/external schedules and assist with the resolution of day-to-day issues
- Coordinate and support the CCP and ECP process including implementation of the change(s)
- Assist Logistics Support Analysis and Technical Publications development and delivery to customer
- Coordinate and assist with project(s) execution for scope, cost and schedule using EVMS and departmental procedures and guidance documents
- Assist in the investigation, analysis and recommendation of corrective actions to address project and test issues
- Attend customer and subcontractor meetings, as required (In process reviews, Technical Review Meetings, Log Demo, etc.)
- Receive/address incoming correspondence from internal/external customer for impacts to ILS
Required Qualifications:
- University Degree or College Diploma
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Proactive, with the ability to work with limited guidance
- Ability to travel (15% Cdn) and (15% US & Int'l) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ILS disciplines, including logistics, training, supply support, and in-service support
- Proficient knowledge in the operation, maintenance, and support of heavy vehicles and military equipment
- Experience with standards and tools used in the production of ILS products, e.g. S1000D, Arbortext, IsoDraw, VisMockup, MIL-STD-1388, -40051, GEIA-Std-0007b, and SLICwave
- Experience dealing with customer support requirements and/or attending customer logistics conferences/meetings
- Prior experience with preparation of Bid & Proposal documents
