We’re seeking a Director of Creative Strategy—a visionary leader who can shape brand and campaign strategies that not only captivate but convert. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll own key accounts, collaborate across teams, and ensure every piece of creative—from briefs to final assets—hits hard and performs harder.
You’ll work side-by-side with senior leaders to co-create killer results, diving into the details to make sure strategy comes to life—whether that’s refining performance reports into plain-language insights, crafting razor-sharp briefs, or stress-testing creative to ensure it’s on-brand and delivers measurable results
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand and campaign strategy for a mix of local, national, and international clients—balancing big-picture vision with performance-driven execution.
- Own and grow key accounts, acting as the strategic lead while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough work.
- Pitch, present, and win business—translating complex ideas into clear, compelling stories that excite clients and align with their goals.
- Work at the intersection of creativity and data, using martech and AI tools to optimize, innovate, and stay ahead of trends.
- Ensure performance reports tell a story—no jargon, just clear, actionable insights that prove (and improve) ROI.
- Get into the weeds—write killer briefs, refine headlines, review creative, and make sure every detail drives the strategy forward.
- Help shape RedRhino’s future—contribute to our growth, mentor rising talent, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in performance branding.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in creative/brand/performance strategy, preferably in an agency setting.
- A portfolio of work that shows how your strategies drove real business results—not just awards (though those are nice too).
- Master storyteller—you can sell ideas in a room, on a slide, or in a one-pager.
- Deep understanding of modern marketing—brand building, performance media, martech, and how AI is changing the game.
- Analytical but creative—you love data but know it’s nothing without a big idea.
- Hands-on leader—you’re as comfortable presenting to CEOs as you are tweaking ad copy or digging into a dashboard.
- Fearless and ambitious—you thrive in a fast-paced environment where growth is the goal.
