As we continue to grow, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable
full-time contract Business Systems Analyst Level 1 (L1)
supporting our Information Technology department.
This is a 12-month contract position.
The Business Systems Analyst L1 plays a crucial role in supporting the credit union's operations by coordinating and monitoring various systems and processes. This position provides operational support to both the Admin office and branch staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. By performing these duties, the Business Systems Analyst L1 helps enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the credit union's operations, ultimately contributing to a better experience for both staff and owners.
The successful candidate will:
Provide quality technical support to branches for banking systems, cash automation, telephone systems, and operations-related problems.
Monitor HelpDesk and act as an escalation point.
Manage User IDs, including network, Ovation, CRM, and other banking-related resources.
Perform moves, adds, and changes to the telephony network. Provide both telephone and on-site support.
Ensure optimal performance and uptime of ATM and CRU devices, working with branches and cash automation vendors.
Maintain/review/validate archive reports, statements, automated transfer files, and gateway log files.
Assist in other information systems defined tasks and projects as required including patch management, code deployment and process automation.

Diploma in IS/IT Technologies or Networking
Strong knowledge of PC software and hardware is required to provide on-going support to our network of branches and departments
Comprehensive understanding of business practices, the various processes utilized in an in-house banking system, and proficiency in a Microsoft environment including Workstation/Server/SQL/Azure/Active Directory/Exchange
