- Responsibilities:
- Ensure laboratory compliance with operational standards and regulations.
- Manage laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Oversee budgeting, inventory, and resource allocation within the lab.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control.
- Assist in research and development projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
