Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and accomplished Laboratory Manager to oversee operations within our St. Thomas facility. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in laboratory management, a strategic mindset, and possess strong leadership skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Ensure laboratory compliance with operational standards and regulations.
  • Manage laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee budgeting, inventory, and resource allocation within the lab.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control.
  • Assist in research and development projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a laboratory setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
