Enterprise Solution Architecture Program Manager
to drive complex, high-value technology projects that support our enterprise applications and strategic goals.
Our Enterprise Application stacks are hybrid, primarily comprising of CIS using SAP ISU S/4 Hana, JDE for core ERP, various SAAS products for Customer interactions, HR, Payroll etc. and Hexagon suites for GIS, Outage Management and Field Services. London Hydro is currently implementing a few major transformational projects including CIS reimplementation with S/4 Hana, grid modernization and AMI refresh.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an
Enterprise Solution Architecture Program Manager,
you will work under the direction of the Manager, Enterprise Application Support, or designate, to ensure the successful solution design and delivery of Enterprise Applications. You will support Projects and major Application changes by successful delivery of high-level solution design, implementation support, governance ensuring architecture standard, code and quality compliance.
Integration & Design:
Develop integration patterns and interface designs between core systems. Drive use of middleware tools for reliable and scalable integrations.
Solution Delivery:
Lead technical design sessions, contribute to architecture decisions, and provide oversight for implementation teams. Support business transformation initiatives such as CIS upgrades, financial system modernization, and operational system integration.
Collaboration & Governance:
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Participate in solution governance, risk assessments, and architecture reviews. Ensure that data flow and business processes across systems are well-understood and documented. Use of confluence / Jira / solution documentation
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Minimum 10- 15 years’ experience in SAP technologies. Last 5 years of experience as Solution Architect in translating utilities business requirements into IT solutions using SAP IS Utilities, a good understanding of SAP architecture, ISU application interplay and data model. Past configuration and customizing experience as per the best practice of SAP, with SAP S/4 experience preferred. Must be familiar with Fiori and its capabilities. Energy & Utility Domain mandatory.
ERP experience for Tier 1 products such as JDE or SAP.
Knowledge of RICEFW’s including clean core standards, modern ABAP development models such as RESFTful ABAP Programming and ABAP cloud, ABAP CDS data models and OData Services, standard analytical reports.
Knowledge of technological offerings on SAP platform for the utilities industry and of SAP certified third party tools for utilities. Wide and proven experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Able to provide solutions, using existing technologies and domains in the IT landscape (outside SAP).
Team player as Solution Architect, but can also work without supervision and independently. Experience of architecting next-generation of SAP solutions for utility industry like Smart Meter Integration, Electric Vehicle Billing, other regulation-driven features, will be an advantage. Industrial Solutions Utility. Market Deregulation Electricity, Water (CE, IS-U, Billing, FI-CA, FICO).
Utility domain experience, preferably in deregulated Electricity Market in Ontario would be an asset.
