Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and administer compensation programs including base pay, long and short-term incentives, commissions, etc.
  • Assist in conducting market research analysis and compensation change management.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyzing market competitiveness.
  • Support the development and maintenance of compensation guidelines and policies.
  • Work closely with the Director, HR Technology & the Director, Total Rewards, assisting in maintaining any Total Rewards programs in the HRIS.
  • Providing support to employees on different aspects of compensation including RRSP/401(k) plans, bonus/commissions, annual merit process, etc.
  • Collaborating with various decision-makers and department leadership on the development and management of compensation programs.
  • Support all Total Rewards offerings including sourcing, benchmarking, auditing, and maintaining employee benefits, incentives, and perks.
  • Providing support to the Director, Total Rewards on all aspects of the portfolio.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working in an analytics role within a Human Resources, Compensation, Finance, or Total Rewards team.
  • Experience working with an HRIS, using compensation software, and using benchmarking tools.
  • Knowledge of variable compensation plans and various compensation practices.
  • Work experience with Canada, US, UK, and Australia is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of provincial and federal laws pertinent to compensation and Total Rewards in the countries in which ITRG operates.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
