Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Counselors to advise, guide, and provide strategic insight to IT leaders across the Gaming, Hospitality, and Sports & Entertainment industries. The primary mission is to help executives achieve better outcomes by optimizing decision-making and execution, mitigating risk, and addressing the challenges they face on the journey to personal, professional, and organizational excellence, ultimately strengthening IT and business capabilities and maximizing value realization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Executive Services exclusively to 20 clients within any 12 month period of time cultivated or assigned
  • Own end-to-end delivery of ITRG services within your book and territory, including initiative planning sessions, diagnostic calls, onsite and virtual days, and SME engagement, to ensure high-value, actionable outcomes that help members systematically improve themselves and their teams.
  • Drive member success and account growth by designing and continually improving service delivery quality, building strong, loyal relationships, maximizing member consumption of high-value experiences, and ensuring measurable value from every interaction.
  • Ability to participate in unstructured outcome and value based client conversations and create new methods for a client’s personal success
  • Provide confidential and professional advising to our members in-person, telephonically, as well as digitally through Video Conferencing
  • Evaluate members’ needs and work with them to set objectives and develop a strategy/work plan within the terms and conditions of the members’ agreement;
  • Embrace Info-Tech Research Group culture of continuous learning by participating in on-going self and industry development activities;
  • Support territory growth and member value by contributing to team initiatives, such as community calls, roundtables, webinars, peer forums, and industry research, sharing subject matter expertise and delivering industry-focused calls.
  • Strengthen Info-Tech’s brand and presence in the market by participating in external engagements, including industry events and speaking opportunities, to build awareness and credibility within supported sectors.
  • Provide proactive thought leadership and new ideas not “asked for” on behalf of the client’s membership
  • Participate in regular communication / support / education and participation with Sales Leadership and Account Directors to account planning and support efforts
  • Leverage ITRG and 3rd party assets to deliver on promises within the memberships
  • Diagnose member value expectations pain points and connect them with appropriate Info-Tech Research Group product solutions
  • Administer, maintain and provide statistical and summary reports that reflect the elements of service KPI’s, continuous improvement, and promotion of strategic and operational goals and objectives.

Key Selection Criteria:
  • Possess a minimum of 20 years of professional IT experiences at multiple enterprises in North America or around the globe; including CIO and leadership positions within additional business environments (IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc...) ideally within at least one of gaming, hospitality, sports and entertainment industries
  • Solid people relationship management skills; operational and systems development skills and experience in proposal writing, financial budgeting, management and reporting
  • In depth understanding of various industry executive management roles, politics, human behavior and predictive scenarios related to IT leadership
  • Ability to coordinate complex service delivery models and respond to diverse needs of a variety of key-stakeholders
  • Exceptional customer service focus, high professionalism, executive presence and adherence to ethical principles of conduct
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, self-starter
  • Ability to adhere to members and Info-Tech Research Group core value as a trusted executive
  • Strong verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is good to have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
  • Ability to travel approx. 50% of the time, as needed and obtain a TN1 Visa
