Purpose of Position:
To provide support for accounts receivable accounts payable and inventory
Qualifications:

Activities and Tasks:
Aid in accounts receivable including posting into system
Aid in accounts payable including posting into system
Aid in processing inventory invoices
Assist account payable in cheque-invoice
Prepare various spreadsheets on A/R, A/P and inventory
Aid accounts receivable with monthly statements
Filing for A/P and A/R and inventory
Other duties as required by the Accounting Supervisor
