StarTech.com is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Amazon Merchandising Manager to join our dynamic Digital Merchandising team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in driving brand awareness and profitable growth across our product portfolio, specifically targeting IT professionals.
Your expertise in Amazon Vendor and Seller Central will be crucial as you develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan. With a keen understanding of market opportunities and competitor activities, you will be instrumental in positioning our brand for success in the highly competitive digital marketplace.

What you will be responsible for:
- Leading and Influencing Go-to-Market Strategies: Through collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute and shape global Amazon Product Category go-to-market plans, driving brand awareness through to conversion.
- Elevating Campaign Performance: Partnering with the Amazon Advertising Manager to develop sophisticated targeting strategies, optimizing traffic and conversion rates at the ASIN level for maximum impact.
- Ensuring Strategic Alignment: Working closely with Category Management, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Content Delivery teams to align efforts and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: Utilizing data to continuously monitor and measure product performance across 1P and 3P marketplaces, making adjustments to maintain optimal results.
- Staying at the Forefront of Industry Trends: Keeping up with the latest industry practices and emerging tools to enhance ASIN performance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prioritizing High-Impact Initiatives: Focus daily efforts on executing tasks that offer the greatest financial returns, ensuring that the largest opportunities are always addressed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon sales with a proven track record of driving results.
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, with a focus on increasing traffic, improving conversion rates, and driving key performance metrics.
- Proactive mindset demonstrated by the ability to spot opportunities and take initiative to drive growth.
- Data-driven decision making
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across various teams and influence collaborative efforts within the organization.
- Experience with Helium 10 or similar insights tools, with expertise in keyword research, profitability tracking, and market analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manipulate data and create actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) is highly desirable, with a background in managing and optimizing campaigns on the platform.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
