As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include leading projects from concept to completion, applying industry best practices to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. You’ll play a key role in delivering IT and business solutions that support our strategic goals, leading with structure and purpose while fostering collaboration across teams, departments, and external partners.
More about your responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Take full ownership of delivering high-impact IT and business projects, driving results that align with organizational priorities and timelines.
  • Scope & Risk Management: Use project management tools and principles to define project scope, mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans that keep deliverables on track.
  • Process Improvement: Apply best practices from the Project Management Institute (PMI) to strengthen project planning, life cycles, milestones, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Lead diverse teams across departments using agile and waterfall methodologies to execute projects efficiently and cohesively.
  • Resource Optimization: Prioritize tasks and delegate effectively using recognized PMI techniques to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Progress Reporting: Keep leadership and stakeholders informed through standardized project reporting, risk escalation, and transparent communication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust with leaders, clients, contractors, and suppliers through tailored communication, conflict resolution, and regular alignment check-ins.
  • Culture Building: Mentor and support a project-first mindset across teams by modeling consistent governance, communication frameworks, and project delivery standards.
  • Change & Quality Management: Oversee change controls, validate deliverables against project goals, and drive post-project evaluations to ensure value and success.
What you’ll bring
  • Postsecondary degree in a related field
  • PMP certification (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-level projects
  • Proven success delivering large, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units
  • Strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and building team consensus
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing structure
  • A collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused mindset
