  • Primary contact for assigned Customer Projects/Tasks
  • Lead project execution across internal groups 
  • Lead proposals through the organization to ensure collaboration and alignment between various stake holders
  • Liaise between various multi-disciplined teams in support of program objectives
  • Liaise with customer on task requirements and deliverables, ensuring on-time, accurate submissions
  • Support program activities within the scope of the contract to ensure customer satisfaction with deliverable achievement of cost, schedule and performance for multiple projects/tasks
  • Lead projects to ensure all issues are resolved with minimal impact to cost and schedule
  • Collaborate with customer in development of project Statement of Work for customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the customer contact for all project issues
  • Monitor progress of multiple projects and submit project deliverables on time
  • Responsible for monthly invoicing data
  • Interface with Project Leads within functional groups such as Engineering, DTS, & SCM to monitor all technical issues, ensuring customer awareness of potential impact
  • Exercise a mindset of continuous process improvements and efficiencies
  • Ensure all Program activities meet compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR/FCPA/GP/SOX/etc.) 
Required Qualifications:
  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and interact with functional groups successfully
  • Proficient with MS office applications
  • Ability to travel and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
  • Program Management experience
  • Familiarity with GDLS-C processes
            Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Canadian defense contracting
  • Product knowledge
  • Familiarity with various functional areas
  • GDLS-C EVMS process
  • Related customer experience
