Financial Operations Analyst
This Opportunity:
Cleanlist has an immediate opening for an experienced Financial Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology-savvy financial professional to ensure that timely and accurate financial administration and data analysis will improve our business and support our future growth.
This is a new role at Cleanlist and so we’re looking for an individual who’s experienced and creative, with a solid understanding of financial operations to be able to help us further design the role and ensure it provides maximum value.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CFO, your objective is to ensure that all financial aspects of Cleanlist's daily operations are best-in-class and supportive of future growth and maximum profitability, including pricing, contract administration, invoicing, job costing, and client-level budgeting, performance reporting, and forecasting.
Key result areas include:
- Organize and track client contracts, and maintain an accurate recording of key milestones in our CRM system.
- Support our Sales team with solution proposal pricing.
- Prepare and send accurate and timely client invoices.
- Track and report on project-level costs, revenue, and contribution margin.
- Prepare and present client and market segment-level outcomes and projections.
- Manage vendor partnership agreements and provide accurate and timely performance reporting.
- Organize and summarize financial transaction data, routinely reporting to Cleanlist’s CFO and general accountants for input to the general ledger.
Requirements:
Candidates for this position require the following skills and capabilities:
- Solid strategic and managerial business finance acumen.
- Ability to envision, design, implement, and operate financial reporting and control systems.
- A passion for systems, automation, and continual process improvement.
- An expert-level user of business application software including spreadsheets, accounting software, and process-automation tools.
- Solid communication, presentation, and team mentoring skills.
- An ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- The ability to read, write, and speak proficiently in the English language.
Experience Level:
The successful candidate for this position requires a formal education in finance or economics, or otherwise has substantial self-taught experience.
Experience designing, implementing, and operating financial reporting systems at an operational level, preferably in a B2B service and subscription business.
An experienced user of a variety of modern financial recording, reporting, and analysis software.

This position requires on-site attendance at our facility on Industrial Road, London, Ontario.
