About the Role
SoftwareReviews is seeking a creative, driven, and organized individual to join the Data Operations team as an Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will build relationships with the software user community, engaging end-users to gather reviews. You will contribute to improving the quality and quantity of data across our platform, benefiting both software vendors and end-user communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data collection campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), and other online platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams such as Sales and Data Operations to understand priorities and align on campaign objectives.
  • Research and identify high-quality software user audiences while exploring new methods for generating reviews.
  • Handle user inquiries related to review submissions, rewards claims, and other support needs.
  • Aggregate and report on campaign and team-level metrics, identifying trends and actionable insights.
  • Participate in special projects within the Data Operations team.

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong business and/or IT acumen.
  • Self-motivated, task-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability with internal technologies and systems.
