Position Purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager (Demand Generation) is responsible for leading digital marketing campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads across multiple channels. This role involves optimizing targeting strategies, managing budgets for cost-effective campaigns, and driving vendor activations on the platform. The manager works closely with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives and maximizes return on investment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Focus Area 1 (Review Generation):

  • Develop and implement campaigns to encourage software reviews from end-users.
  • Utilize email marketing, social media, and other digital channels to drive review submissions.

Focus Area 2 (End-User Leads):

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate high-quality end-user leads.
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective lead generation while maintaining lead quality.

Focus Area 3 (Vendor Activation):

  • Design and implement strategies to engage vendors and drive platform activation.
  • Utilize various digital marketing channels to encourage vendor sign-ups and participation.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in a B2B setting.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for lead quality and ROI.
  • Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
