  • Lead data management initiatives for Integrated Product Support, in collaboration with other departments
  • Prepare and present fleet management concepts at customer meetings
  • Liaise with stakeholders on complex business solutions that require software implementation
  • Troubleshoot using automation testing and recommend solutions and manage risk on software implementation projects
  • Utilize Atlassian collaboration platform applications (e.e. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) to manage and track software code changes
  • Engage with Field Service teams (home base and deployed) to ensure business continuity for electronic tools and architecture
  • Manage integration of electronic tools and architecture with vendor software and departmental software and databases
  • Ensure alignment across departments in managing the Configuration & Sustainment Equipment Tracking Systems and Retrofit & Repair Tracking System
  • Develop database to manage work flow and fleet management support needs
  • Collaborate across departments to meet schedule and other customer objectives
Required Qualifications 
  • University degree in Computer Science, DevOps or related field
  • Technical experience and capabilities:
    • Programming language (Java, VB.NTE, VBA, Javascript, XPath
    • Web-based development tools
    • Content Management Systems
    • MS Office applications – Advanced level
    • Software tracking and IT project management tools (Atlassian)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate proposed technical solutions in the context of required business outcomes through written reports, meetings and formal presentations
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with databases, including development and support
  • Ability to travel (5% Canadian, 5% US & International) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Familiarity with Fleet Management Support and/or Customer Support Services organization
  • Experience with military vehicle configurations
  • Knowledge of Business Process Analysis
