ITS Data Integration and Analytics - XR Clinical Reporting
The LHSC ITS team is an IT service provider for multiple hospital organizations throughout Southwestern Ontario and Region. The XR Clinical Reporting team is responsible for the delivery of critical patient reports to 1500+ community provider offices on behalf of 11 corporate hospitals. Reporting to the Manager, Data Integration and Analytics, the Support Analyst role is a strong customer service-oriented role which provides administrative and technical support for clients utilizing the XR Clinical Reporting (Oracle Health/Cerner) systems. Other responsibilities include maintaining and managing report delivery, ensuring data integrity through auditing, leading code upgrades, and assisting with various projects. As part of this dynamic team, the successful candidate will be highly organized with great attention to detail and thrive in this fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.

Qualifications
- Successful completion of a two-year College Diploma computer science or health related field
- Minimum one (1) year of recent, relevant experience
- Experience with established applicable clinical processes, nomenclature and hospital environment
- Demonstrated ability to assimilate a large quantity of diverse information and apply analytical skills to identify, understand and problem solve in a technology-based environment
- Knowledge of and ability to use, troubleshoot and test a variety of software applications; Microsoft Office Suite (Excel; SharePoint; MS Planner; Teams; Power Automate and Power BI)
- Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium an asset
- Demonstrated strong skills in process-centered thinking and commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent commitment to customer service and ability to interact with others with diplomacy, tact and professionalism
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Demonstrated organizational and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
