Equals Brewing Company was founded in 2018 and has quickly become a trusted partner in producing exceptional beers, ciders, and ready-to-drink products for some of Ontario’s and Canada’s favorite brands.

What You’ll Do
As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll take a leading role in managing social media for Side Launch Brewing and Bangarang Hard Seltzer while also supporting event execution and sales initiatives. You’ll help build brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support our sales team through thoughtful marketing and boots-on-the-ground efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for both brands.
- Create and post engaging content such as reels, photos, stories, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Plan and execute content shoots to drive brand awareness.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
- Develop and distribute a monthly newsletter highlighting new products, events, and promotions.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform content strategy and increase engagement.
Event Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events, festivals, and tastings.
- Represent the brands at events with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.
- Capture content at events to be used across social and marketing platforms.
- Support on-site logistics including set-up, tear-down, and customer engagement.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional campaigns and on-premise activations.
- Assist in the development of sales tools and marketing collateral (sell sheets, POS materials, etc.).
- Help maintain an up-to-date promotional calendar and coordinate with sales on product launches and market needs.
- Support retailer visits, product sampling, and community outreach as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in social media management, marketing, event coordination, or sales support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative, hands-on team player who is proactive and adaptable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools is an asset.
- Enthusiasm for craft beverages and building community connections.
- Access to a vehicle and be based in the London area.

What to Expect
- Flexible work model – must be based close to our London brewery.
- May require evening and weekend availability for events and content creation.
- Frequent computer and phone use.
- Some physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting during events.
- Occasional travel to events and sales opportunities around London, Collingwood, and Toronto.
