Key Job Elements:
Lead LVM Program supply support strategy, performance and reporting requirements
Coordinate supply support tasks, events, and deliverables in alignment with key LVM inter-dependencies
Interface with suppliers and internal GDLS-C departments to ensure performance based agreement (PBA) goals are achieved
Oversee OM Reports, Service Bulletins and Service Directive submissions and support resolution, as required
Coordinate with Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) teams to align with LVM Identification, Shipping, and Packaging Data requirements.
Support development of program performance metrics
Communicate frequently with Canadian customer (Government) personnel to ensure mutual understanding of customer needs
Work with Canadian Government inquiries regarding Repair & Overhaul, Spares Quoting and Spares Delivery; including, support to customer working group meetings
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure supply support programs are developed in accordance with prime contract(s) requirements
Liaise closely with the ILS groups to update internal/external schedules and assist with the resolution of day-to-day issues
Coordinate and support the LVM and subcontractor ECP process including implementation of the change(s)
Coordinate and assist with project(s) execution for scope, cost and schedule using EVMS and departmental procedures and guidance documents
Assist in the investigation, analysis and recommendation of corrective actions to address project and test issues
Attend customer and subcontractor meetings as required (Technical Review Meetings, Log Demo, etc.)
Receive/address incoming correspondence from internal/external customers for impacts to Supply Support
Provide recommendations to leadership for executing projects
Proactively communicate with other teams and departments
Actively participate in cross-team CIP initiatives, process reviews, process development, etc.
Lead/support quality investigations and corrective action implementation for applicable programs/projects in collaboration with quality teams
Required Qualifications:
University Degree or College Diploma in a technical or related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management
High levels of written and oral communications skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience dealing with customer supply support requirements
Ability to travel (10% Cdn) and (10% US & Int'l) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
Preferred Qualifications:
Applied knowledge of the A-LM-007-100/AG-001, Supply Administration Manual (SAM)
Knowledge of GDLS-C and GoC parts provisioning processes
Working knowledge of Defense Resource Management Information System (DRMIS)
