About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Game Designer to join our team for a 4-month contract. In this role, you will spearhead the design and conceptualization of 3 new casino slot mini-games, taking them from initial concept to launch.

You will play a pivotal role in the design and balancing of these projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Slot Game Design: Conceptualize and design mechanics, themes, and features for 3 distinct slot titles within the 4-month timeline.
  • Math & Balancing: Create or collaborate on the mathematical models (volatility, Return To Player, hit frequency) to ensure engaging player experiences and game economy balance.
  • Documentation: specific Game Design Documents (GDDs) and wireframes that clearly communicate mechanics to artists and engineers.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with designers, artists, and engineers to implement new features and enhance existing ones.
  • Feature Tuning: Iterate on game pacing, audio-visual cues, and "juiciness" to maximize player retention and excitement.
