Senior Account Manager
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager who can confidently lead client relationships, drive strategic marketing programs, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. You’ll serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for key accounts, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow client relationships, acting as the trusted strategic advisor
- Lead planning and execution across digital, creative, and brand projects
- Work with internal teams to scope, brief, and manage deliverables
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across accounts
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to support client growth
- Monitor KPIs and ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes
- Lead client meetings, status updates, and strategic presentations
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years account management experience in a marketing, digital, or creative agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, websites, creative production, and paid media
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients concurrently
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or CRM tools
- Background in B2B, franchising, or integrated marketing strategy
- Experience mentoring junior account staff

Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000
