Job Description:
Title: End User Support Technician
Location: Remote – Canada (London ON and surrounding areas)
Reports to: End User Support Team Lead

The Role:
This role involves providing end-user support for both onsite and offsite environments, ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and related systems. We're looking for someone with a strong problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
The Impact You Will Have in This Role:
You will be the a subject matter expert and point of escalation for end-user technology deployments, technical issues, and policy implementation ensuring team productivity and operational excellence. By maintaining and improving desktop systems and applications, your work will empower team members to focus on driving business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:
Manage user accounts, including adding, removing, and updating group memberships and passwords.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve desktop issues for end-users, including remote support.
Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Respond to incoming calls, tickets, and emails regarding technical issues.
Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for hardware and software setups.
Provide support for Office 365 applications across PC, Apple, and mobile platforms.
Liaise with third-party vendors and maintain inventory of physical, virtual, and software assets.
Qualifications of this Role:
Demonstrable experience in technical support or desktop system administration.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
Experience with Office 365 applications and account management.
Effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune would be considered an asset.

This position has a starting salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 CAD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee’s pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
