We are hiring a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst. This is a hybrid role located in London, Toronto or Winnipeg.
Reporting to the Director of Technical Solutions, the Sr Business Systems Analyst will bridge the business requirements with system design through all phases of opportunity ideation or problem resolution and systems enhancement.
The BSA works closely with the business and leadership to understand business needs, requirements, and strategic opportunities.
This position requires Reliability Status security clearance: This is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to?Protected B?information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website.

Discover/Planning
Working with the team, solution architect and business partners, gather and define enough high level requirements to develop a high level system impact assessment, scoped solution, and business case
Define detailed business requirements using agile requirement gathering methodologies, functional and non-functional specifications for each work package to be assigned to dev/ops squads for detailed design, build and execution
Execution & Operationalization
What you will bring
Degree in related discipline (Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience working in a Scrum delivery environment including supporting backlog planning, acceptance criteria elicitation, participating in Sprint ceremonies, Agile estimation etc.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to translate complex technical subject matter in business terms for executing audiences, succinctly and professionally and to translate business requirements into technical instructions for software developer audiences

The base salary for this position is between $70,500.00 - $129,200.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
