As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Excellence & Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our internal operations, ensure seamless project delivery, robust system management, and cross-departmental alignment.


Position Overview

The Client Excellence Consultant & Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across SellWell. This senior-level position requires a strategic thinker with a strong managerial background and deep familiarity with the coaching, training, and consulting industries. The ideal candidate will excel in leading diverse teams, refining processes, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

This position is based in London, ON, and may require occasional travel.


Key Responsibilities

Client Excellence
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted partner to clients, developing strong, long-term relationships by understanding their unique challenges and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions that drive operational efficiency and sales performance.
  • Client Support: Partner with clients to assess and optimize operational frameworks, ensuring alignment with scalable sales strategies and revenue growth objectives. Provide actionable recommendations, coaching, and training to enhance workflows, productivity, and organizational outcomes.
  • Client Experience Optimization: Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client needs. Address escalations promptly, driving solutions that uphold SellWell’s commitment to excellence.
Operational Excellence
  • Operational Design: Conduct assessments and propose improvements to operational methods, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization and ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Research, analyze, provide advice, and refine internal systems and processes, including project management tools, CRM platforms, and client delivery workflows, to support scalable and effective operations.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Support, guide, and mentor operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring collaboration between operational, sales, and client-facing teams.
  • Project Management: Plan and lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with internal teams, such as branding, web design, and revenue operations, to deliver exceptional client-focused outcomes.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products or services that align with client and market needs. Monitor market trends and research industry-leading developments and competitive offerings to ensure SellWell remains an industry leader in sales enablement solutions.
  • Financial and Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze outcomes and prepare data-driven recommendations for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions. 

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 5-10 years of managerial experience, with a proven track record of leading diverse teams.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the coaching, training, or consulting industry.
    • Proven experience working with client success and sales teams to drive efficiencies and results.
  • Education and Certifications:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
    • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
    • Candidates with a Certified Training Professional (CTP) designation and equivalent work experience in training, coaching, or consulting within sales management and customer success will also be considered.
    • Candidates holding both credentials will be given significant preference.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
    • Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with SEM/SEO/PPC strategies.
  • Competencies:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on team collaboration.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

    • Expertise in designing and delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
    • Awareness of global and local market dynamics to inform strategies and operations.
