About the Role:
The Senior Director, FSAAS Strategic Account Lead (Producing), is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving direct revenue while collaborating with a focused team of experienced specialist sellers and Customer Success professionals. This role balances personal selling, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level client engagement, with an emphasis on high-value opportunities within a defined portfolio of strategic accounts.
This position is ideal for a proven enterprise seller with strong executive engagement and account orchestration skills, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

In this role, you will directly drive bookings performance while partnering with a team of specialist sellers focused on long-term customer success and business growth. Your involvement in strategic opportunities will accelerate revenue growth, model best-in-class enterprise selling practices, and support your specialist colleagues through effective account planning and collaboration. You will also play a critical role in driving customer retention, expanding existing relationships, and maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing in This Role:
Direct Revenue Generation
· Own an individual sales quota focused on high-value new business and expansion opportunities.
· Drive cross-sell and upsell growth within existing customer accounts.
· Lead complex, strategic sales cycles involving senior customer stakeholders and executives.
· Partner with Specialist Sellers, Customer Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver compelling customer outcomes.
Strategic Account Leadership & Coordination
· Own and lead the overall account strategy for assigned strategic clients.
· Partner with an experienced team of specialist sellers representing the FSAAS product portfolio within the financial services segment.
· Establish priorities, coordinate pursuits, and drive alignment across account teams and opportunities.
· Facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and execution across internal stakeholders.
Customer Engagement & Executive Relationships
· Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to customer business objectives and growth priorities.
· Build and maintain executive-level relationships across customer business, operations, product, and procurement organizations.
· Conduct regular strategic business reviews with senior client stakeholders.
· Coordinate executive engagement opportunities between customer leadership teams and JD Power executives.
Cross-Functional & Peer Engagement
· Serve as the primary point of alignment across internal JD Power stakeholders.
· Collaborate closely with specialist sellers and functional partners.
· Contribute market insights and customer feedback to strategy, product development, and go-to-market initiatives.
· Identify whitespace opportunities, emerging customer needs, and growth areas across assigned accounts.
Metrics & Measures of Success
· Achievement of individual sales quota.
· Achievement of account Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) target.
· Quality, progression, and velocity of strategic opportunities.
· Customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
· 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
· Experience selling complex solutions to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders in financial services.
· Strong business acumen and knowledge of the financial services industry.
· Ability to balance individual performance with effective cross-functional collaboration.
· Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presence skills.
Up to 20-30% travel based.
Compensation and Benefits
This position has a Total Target Compensation (TTC) range of $275,000 - $300,000 CAD / $280,000 - $320,000 USD per year, inclusive of base salary and target incentive opportunity.
