In this role, you’ll define and prioritize product features that meet customer needs while driving business growth. About the Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team has a continuous flow of tasks.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and define detailed product requirements.
- Lead planning meetings, set objectives, and ensure the development team understands their tasks.
- Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team, keeping all parties informed of progress and changes.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with company priorities and communicating it to all relevant parties.
- Conduct research and user testing to gather insights that guide product decisions and meet market needs.
- Track product performance and user feedback post-launch to drive improvements and feature updates.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the development process.
- Develop plans for managing changes, including their impact on stakeholders and end-users, and provide necessary training and support.
Experience
- Three (3+) years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Proficient in product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
