Role Description
This is a full-time role located in London, ON, with the flexibility to work from home. However, we require you to work onsite at least once per week. As a Bilingual Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Respond to inbound customer support inquiries.
- Product training to offer product guidance to existing customers
- Manage client relationships through regular check-ins
- Uncover upsell opportunities and execute renewal conversations
Qualifications
- Fluent in speaking French (Québécois preferred) and English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a start-up/fast-paced environment.
- Technically savvy: comfortable with Excel and web-based tools such as CRM
- Experience in the insurance industry or SaaS is an asset.
