ITS Data Integration and Analytics 

 

Accountable to the Manager, Data Integration and Analytics, the OneChart Analytics team supports Oracle Health (Cerner) reporting tools including LightsOn and Discern Analytics 2.0 (DA2) and facilitating transition to new Oracle Health Analytics tools.  As a member of the Analytics team, the Support Analyst assists in developing and maintaining the reporting catalog; training end users and triaging incoming reporting requests from other ITS teams and clients from all 11 partner hospitals.

Qualifications

 
  • Successful completion of a two-year College Diploma computer science or health related field
  • Minimum three (3) years of recent, relevant experience
  • Experience with established applicable clinical processes, nomenclature and hospital environment
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate a large quantity of diverse information and apply analytical skills to identify, understand and problem solve in a technology-based environment
  • Knowledge of and ability to use corporate collaboration and productivity applications in the O365 environment (Excel, SharePoint, MS Planner, Teams, PowerAutomate, PowerBI)
  • 'Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) DA2, LightsOn and other Oracle Health reporting tools an asset; familiarity with CCL or SQL preferred
  • Demonstrated strong skills in process-centered thinking and commitment to continuous improvement 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent commitment to customer service and ability to interact with others with diplomacy, tact and professionalism 
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure 
  • Demonstrated organizational and strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care

  • Overtime and possible on-call coverage may be required
