About the Role:

As a Process Engineer, you will be a key technical leader in developing and optimizing water filtration processes. You’ll ensure that our systems—new and existing—deliver exceptional performance tailored to meet specific water and site conditions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to the full lifecycle of water treatment projects, from initial design to customer acceptance. Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, system optimization, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position is part of the Research and Development Team located in London, Ontario and will be hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Deliver cutting-edge solutions for water filtration, including Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration, and Reverse Osmosis technologies.
  • Lead project execution, ensuring system designs meet performance and treatment requirements for unique customer needs.
  • Partner with commissioning teams to develop test protocols, analyze data, and deliver clear reports.
  • Review and approve technical proposals from the Applications Engineering team.
  • Provide guidance to Aftermarket Sales and Service teams for system optimizations, troubleshooting, and research initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Development team to enhance new and existing product lines.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience with water or wastewater treatment equipment systems OR Graduate degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Hands-on expertise in process design and troubleshooting for Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration, and Reverse Osmosis technologies.
  • (10%) Travel in North America may be required to visit customer sites
