Position Overview

As a Bilingual Sales Operations Assistant you will be supporting the sales team by working in tandem with the marketing team, building Race Roster event pages for prospects and new customers, creating and submitting CRM opportunities with the internal and external ambassadors attached, cleaning and updating CRM data, and completing ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and the Director of Sales. The Bilingual Sales Operations Assistant will assist in the translation of documents and communications for French-speaking prospects and clients, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in our engagements with this important demographic. This position requires flexibility as we respond to new business and customer requirements, while being able to quickly adapt to new strategies and priorities as they evolve.

This position is open to internal and external candidates.

Product Line

This role will be working on/with the Race Roster product. 

Work Location

The successful candidate for this role can be either a satellite employee (working 100% remotely from a designated location within Canada or US) or a hybrid employee (flexibility to work in the office or from home at a location within 75 km/45 miles from the London, ON/Boston, MA office).

Responsibilities

  • Source lead lists and potential leads from the internet to add to CRM
  • Ensure leads, along with mandatory leads fields, are accurate in CRM
  • Build custom Race Roster event pages when requested
  • Create deals in sales CRM and submit them with the correct internal and external ambassadors attached
  • French translation of documents and communications to support Account Executives working with French-speaking customers 
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and Director of Sales
  • Keep abreast of the endurance industry as it relates to the Race Roster products
  • Understand current Timer technology and its relationship with the Race Roster product
  • Meaningfully participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives across the ASICS Apps teams

Education & Experience

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a professional services environment
  • Proficient in target-based environments (KPI’s)
  • Tech-savvy
  • Proficiency in French, both written and conversational
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organization and data management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Education & Experience

  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree or higher is a preference
  • Previous work experience with CRM platforms strongly preferred
  • Relevant Industry Experience
