Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist

Paystone is seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to work in a fast-paced environment with an inspired and talented team. The position will be responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of the sales process and marketing campaigns. The Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist will work closely with management to support all aspects of database maintenance and manipulation, email marketing campaigns and improving lead generation processes through our CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot). 

 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Assist with and provide insights into database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases
  • Help to enhance and optimize the lead management process and automation, ensuring timely distribution of leads to sales team, and ensure correct database segmentation
  • Leverage Salesforce, Power BI, and Pardot to provide ongoing metrics
  • Assist marketing in the execution of end-to-end campaigns; develop cohesive automated workflows and pulling targeted lists
  • Handle requests for special reports, data, and sales tracking information
  • Streamlining and optimizing the sales process.
  • Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools.
  • Assist with training staff on new technology and software.
  • Create dynamic email list and oversee Pardot automation rules
  • Work with Talkdesk, Decisions on Demand and Drift tools to support sales team

 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this position is a remote work from home position. This may or may not change in the future – therefore it is important and imperative that the individual is diligent, responsible and most of all self-accountable with their work and proactive in their communication with both their coworkers and direct report.
