Distributed Print Fleet Analyst

Role description 

 

As the Distributed Print Fleet Analyst, you will be supporting Canada Operations in the administration of the corporately connected network fleet of Multi-Function Devices.  This role is in-office 5 days a week.

 

What you will do 

  • Schedule moves, installations and removals with our Vendors
  • Plan equipment refreshes with consideration to what our current needs are
  • Plan internal moves with the Corporate Properties team
  • Process monthly invoices
  • Support internal customers with trouble shooting issues

 

What you will bring 

  • Grade 12 completion          
  • Exposure to printing an asset              
  • Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)           
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada  website

The base salary for this position is between $47,400 - $71,100 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
