Senior Associate, Strategic Finance

Position Purpose

We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance to help shape our financial strategy, optimize forecasting, drive efficiency and value creation across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and business transformation—ideal for someone with 2-3 yrs experience in MBB, PE or IB who enjoys problem-solving, high-impact collaboration with senior stakeholders and has a passion for financial storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Value Creation

• Assess the financial landscape, identifying strengths, and opportunities to optimize the company’s financial positioning and competitive edge.
• Evaluate strategic financial opportunities to enhance growth.
• Build and refine financial models to evaluate different growth scenarios and resource allocation trade-offs to drive long-term business success.
• Identify and prioritize value creation levers to enhance profitability and scalability.
• Work with CxOs and the Executive Leadership team to craft compelling narratives and executive materials that articulate the company’s health, potential and growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy and Finance teams to modernize legacy financial processes and improve decision-making agility.

Sales Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the development of sophisticated, data-driven revenue forecast models, ensuring alignment with org goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable agile and informed decision-making on targets and quotas.
• Partner with internal teams to centralize and enhance visibility into financial and sales data, ensuring seamless access to metrics that support quicker, more informed decision-making across all levels.

Cost Conscious Innovation & Optimization

• Lead cost optimization efforts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cost-conscious innovation that supports long-term growth & profitability.
• Monitor and benchmark cost structures against industry best practices to maintain competitive cost positioning.

Key Selection Criteria:

• ~2-3 years of experience in MBB, PE, or IB.
• Expertise in financial analysis, due diligence, valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable), and strategic decision support.
• Advanced financial modeling & scenario planning skills, with a strong ability to translate numbers into strategic insights.
• Exceptional communication & presentation skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and influencing senior executives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
