Junior Revenue Operations Specialist
We’re looking for a Junior Revenue Operations Specialist who’s curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how modern B2B sales systems really work. This is an entry-level role on our Revenue Enablement team — you’ll be supporting CRM workflows, reporting, and process improvements that directly help our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams perform at their best. Don’t worry if you haven’t done all this before — we’ll teach you. What matters most is that you’re organized, comfortable with tech, and ready to grow fast in a team that values clarity, ownership, and results.

We’re looking for a Junior Revenue Operations Specialist who’s curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how modern B2B sales systems really work. This is an entry-level role on our Revenue Enablement team — you’ll be supporting CRM workflows, reporting, and process improvements that directly help our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams perform at their best. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping keep our CRM (mostly HubSpot) clean, organized, and up to date.
- Supporting the setup of automations, reports, and dashboards.
- Assisting with documentation and updates for sales processes and playbooks.
- Updating and maintaining internal tools (e.g. content libraries, Notion pages).
- Running data checks — spotting duplicates, broken links, or missing info.
- Learning how to use AI agents and automations to reduce admin for the team.
- Preparing basic reports or summaries for internal meetings.

- Internal systems run smoother thanks to your attention to detail.
- Your work frees up time for the sales and ops leads.
- You learn fast and get more confident with tools like HubSpot and ClickUp.
- You communicate clearly and aren’t afraid to ask good questions.
Tools You’ll Use (We’ll Train You):
- HubSpot (CRM, Sequences, Reports)
- ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion
- Our internal FliteHouse AI tools for process automation
- (Bonus if you’ve tried Zapier, Fathom, or any CRM before — not required)
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–1 years of experience in operations, marketing, sales, admin, or tech support
- A basic understanding of what a CRM is — and curiosity to learn more
- Organized, reliable, and detail-focused
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Comfort with spreadsheets, systems, and figuring things out independently
- Eager to grow in a fast-paced, no-blame team that cares about outcomes
