In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain various master data sets by consolidating and cleaning mass data from ERP systems and other tools, refining data to summarize trends, outliers and opportunities that can be leveraged in strategic and tactical decision making, Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements and savings opportunities

• Collaborate with Information Systems to develop and enhance reporting tools, including development and execution test scripts in pre-prod system environments

• Create and maintain Global Sourcing standard work documentation (SOP, workflow, work instructions etc.) and develop and maintain daily management boards and various scorecards

• Administer/implement rigorous processes to support Supply Base Management best practices, audit internal compliance

• Create and maintain ERP purchasing master data and facilitate supplier contract creation and administer electronic storage of supplier documentation, ensure supplier documentation is received and maintained

?Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

• 2+ years of experience with Advanced Excel and Power Bi for data analytics with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy required

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field required

• 1-2 years of procurement / sourcing management experience, including MRP/ERP systems management required

• 1-2 years of experience with process documentation and management required

• 2+ years of experience or learning knowledge of SQL, Python and Tableau a plus
