This will be a remote position with periodic travel to the London, ON, CA office for training and team events.

Job Summary

Prepares for and performs DMS data extractions for single and multiple site dealerships via virtual methods to ensure dealership is fully operational and able to use their CDK system to maximize the dealership’s efficiency, profits, sales, productivity, and revenue.

Responsible for data extraction, pulling customer reports, reviewing, and analyzing data and then completing successful handoff for data conversion.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Write scripts customized to customer data, which enables IDE tool to Convert data sets across software platforms. (45%)
  • Verifies new system is fully functional and client can conduct business upon conversion completion. (45%)
  • Consults with multiple parties including ICD, Field Service, Project Manager, and dealership department management to assess dealership readiness for data Conversion. (10%)
  • Conversions, training, and follow-up are completed independently and reviewed and measured for overall accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Ability to Convert, data and train assigned functions with minimal assistance.
  • Strong customer service/consulting skills based on understanding of the DMS and expectations of the client
  • Answers installation questions consistently with minimal assistance.
  • Completes Conversion and support of assigned product set within established productivity and quality standards. 
  • Ability to effectively train dealership personnel.

Education

  • Accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Required to successfully complete product and internal tools training.
