We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team who will be responsible for analyzing data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. This role involves working closely with various departments to gather data and provide actionable insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting on various data sets related to our digital applications on web, mobile, and cloud platforms. They will work closely with software developers, platform engineers, product managers, QAs and other partners to provide insights and recommendations that support data-driven decision making.

 

What you will do 

  • Collect data from various sources, such as Splunk, APIs, web analytics, user feedback, etc.

  • Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Independently work with subject matter experts (SME) from across the organization to identify and document current state processes.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic planning and operational improvements.

  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key findings and trends on the use of our digital products.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide insights that drive business outcomes.

  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide timely insights.

  • Stay updated on the latest data analysis methods, tools, and best practices.

 

What you will bring

  • Strong fact-finding skills – Ability to elicit and consolidate requirements from multiple stakeholders 

  • Action oriented - Ability to quickly consume information & translate it into meaningful action

  • Exceptional critical thinking skills - Ability to identify and document the happy path as well as all the edge cases

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Previous experience with data analysis and visualization tools preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Curious and eager to learn new skills and technologies.

The base salary for this position is between  $57,100.00- $104,800.00 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
