Marketing & CRM Assistant
Location: On-site (9am–5pm) with flexible time-off policy
Type: Part-time or Full-time

About the Role

We’re hiring a Marketing & CRM Assistant who’s organised, responsible, and eager to learn. You’ll be working alongside experienced teammates, supporting a variety of client projects and marketing tasks — and growing your skills every day in the process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Checking client lead generation stats and preparing reports for internal review and client meetings.
  • Handling simple to mid-level HubSpot configurations and responding to ongoing requests from clients.
  • Assisting with copywriting and editing marketing materials, landing pages, and sales content.
  • Jumping in on a wide variety of tasks to support client-facing experts — from updates to websites (optional) to marketing asset prep.
  • Collaborating with experts to learn how to execute more complex HubSpot and marketing automation tasks over time.

Tools You’ll Use:

  • HubSpot
  • ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
  • (Bonus) Experience with or interest in website platforms like Duda
  • You should be comfortable learning new tools quickly and adapting to team workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM work, or admin support in a fast-moving environment.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing basics and CRM logic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clarity and confidence matter.
  • Organized, curious, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity — you figure it out, ask smart questions, or find someone who knows.
