Requirements

The opportunity

As a client success representative, you will:

• Provide a high level of professional customer service to new and established clients throughout their membership lifecycle.
• Promote and maintain the organization’s brand image and identity within the marketplace.
• Receive inbound support requests pertaining to client needs and technical assistance.
• Provide well-informed and insightful solutions that address barriers to usage and engagement to ensure maximum account utility.
• Handle a high volume of contact daily while adhering to an established process.

About you

You are a customer service professional who:

• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Can build immediate rapport and provide an engaging client experience.
• Emphasizes relationship maintenance and client retention.
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality service.
• Is energized by solving problems and overcoming barriers to usage.
• Possesses persuasive and professional communication skills.
• Has previous business-to-business customer service or sales experience, preferably in a contact-centre environment.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.

It’s a bonus if you:

Have experience in a software as a service environment.

Know your way around Salesforce.

Are fluent in English and French!
